Return & Refund Policy

We take utmost care in quality-checking and packing each order. In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • If the item received is damaged or incorrect.

  • If you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If the product is unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim returns.

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Requests due to style or size changes after purchase.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners.

  • If the product is used or returned without original packaging.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Product is unavailable.

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
