Returns Policy

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, the product must be unused and returned with its original tags and packaging, and an unboxing video is required to process the claim.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the request is due to style or size preferences after purchase, delays caused by courier partners, or if the product has been used or is returned without original packaging.

Refunds are processed only if the product is unavailable or if the order is cancelled before dispatch. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
